Foraging and Cooking Chanterelle Mushrooms in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. In this video, I hunt for wild chanterelle mushrooms and identify several mushrooms like Black Trumpets, Chaga, Smooth Chanterelles, and Cinnabar Chanterelles. I then practice bushcraft by cooking my mushrooms in a cast iron skillet over a campfire.
