Did police summon a Vietnam noodle seller over a parody?

Video of a Turkish celebrity chef nicknamed "Salt Bae" serving a Vietnamese politician a gold-encrusted steak has caused a stir. Now a Vietnam noodle seller has now been summoned by police, days after posting a video of himself imitating the chef on social media.
