EPS 12: A Triplex Renovation

Renovations to an 80+-year-old triplex. Foundation issues, parging, decks, kitchens, doors and trim to name a few. My out-of-town investor client hired me to complete several projects for this renovation. Many issues to deal with and unfortunately some questionable renovations by previous contractors. This will be the first of several videos on this project.
