LINER NOTES: Steve and I wrote this song one afternoon on our way to get some beer. Breaking from our recording session, we stepped out and noticed the streets were mysteriously shut down. We shrugged, ignoring the heavy law presence around us and went into the store to grab our beer. As we returned to the studio, the Vice Presidential Limo sped by and we both imagined that we saw Joe Biden eating ice cream. We later found out that he indeed had dropped by to try out some local ice cream.

This song is about that moment.
