Lion's mane mushroom foraging. Mushroom identification and brain benefits. #shorts
Harvesting a lion's mane mushroom I named "Simba". I found him growing on a downed beech tree in October. Lion's mane mushrooms are often found growing on hardwood trees especially oak and beech.
