(1) When Recording Gameplay, its no different then if you were Streaming. So the FPS Impact is equal. So seeing that this PC can do these NEW GAMES at OVER 60 FPS while the CPU & GPU are stock is insane in my opinion

(2) Once fully Overclocked, you can easily expect another 16 to 30 FPS Depending on Game & other Variables. But major increases non the less.
