JKD EYE BLAST ON BOB THE TRAINING DUMMY

Sometimes, you can't train with someone, so, this is the perfect situation to train on Century Marital Arts Supply's training dummy "BOB"! Watched a great training Urban Combatives Netherlands session on Youtube by Professor Mulder on eye gouging or raking of the eyes! Professor Mulder used saran wrap to cover focus gloves allowing the student to scratch or rake it while shredding the saran wrap as feedback that they were executing the technique correctly. So, I got the idea of wrapping "BOB", the training dummy's head with saran wrap. Give it a try and take it easy on poor BOB...
