Contending these people are not supplementing and this contributes to anxiety and depression. Stating that every American should be supplementing with all 90 essential nutrients.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article a program where they are testing the use of Japanese knotweed extract as a substitute for nitrites in processed meats. Nitrites have been linked to increased risk of colorectal cancers. Dr Wallach has long told people to avoid processed meats with nitrites.
