Phalloplasty Philes: Pissing into the Windmill

In this edition of Phalloplasty Philes, we go deep into the secret world of a tiktoker named Alex Mack, who sought the help of the same SF Clinic who has made appearances in past Phalloplasty Philes. Her phalloplasty was performed in 2021, during the COVID 19 Pandemic. This one is the longest one I've done, clocking in at 47:11 minutes. I considered breaking it up, but decided that longform drove the point home better. Audio fluctuates at times due to Youtube wanting me to edit out copyrighted music from the tiktoks.
