Isaiah Meanderings (14): Ch 11 - God's Goodness Speaks Life Forward as History Gives Rise to Worship
3 years ago
1
Isaiah 11 is a beloved chapter telling us of the beautiful leader who will be a living shoot that will grow from the apparently dead monarchy. This leader will be perfect as no other leader has been. Under his leadership, creation will be marked by kindness, not violence. It is a beautiful reminder of the journey of which we are all in the midst. The journey of complete redemption that human history is and of which we are a part. God Bless You as you celebrate the song of redemption the savior of the world is singing that is realized in fairness and truth for all.
