The top reasons why libido formulas don't work for many people are...

1)Most people misunderstand the purpose of using a libido formula and expect different results than what they are intended for.

2)The product they are using is not formulated correctly, or the herbs are not in the most useable form.

Tips for finding the best Libido formula
1)To get the most bang for your buck, extract versions only. This can mean in tincture, liquid capsule, soft gel, or extract powder. Full-spectrum is best for formulas but, for individual herbs, full-spectrum or standardized.

2)Ignore the name of the product and focus on the ingredients/formula. Many companies market formulas for a variety of different reasons, and it can often be misleading.

3)Look for herbs within the formula that support healthy circulation/ blood flow, like red Panax Ginseng or Desert Cistanche. If they are not present, you can always add them in, or for less money choose cayenne, ginger, or prickly ash.

4)If the herb Avena Sativa aka Oats is present in the formula, make sure it is the milky oat tops as a liquid extract.

5)While trademark raw materials like LJ100 or Icariin60 are very effective, they are often costly and not necessary.

6)Synergy does matter. When you are using a product with extract versions of the herb, and in combination with other herbs, you don't need all the ingredients to be in top clinical doses as if you are using them individually. Extracts are often more concentrated, so smaller amounts go a long way.
If you do choose a non-extract formula, expect to use a higher amount if you want a similar timeline for extract results.

7)Dosing libido formulas
Start at the minimum and work your way up. Understand the purpose of a libido formula and note how it makes you feel as you slowly increase the amount. This is not a one-and-done sort of thing. Daily use over time provides the best results.
