Need cooking ideas and inspiration for today? How about cooking How about cooking cooking Chinese style scallops rice porridge (congee)!

It's quite simple actually. Get the scallops, preserved and salty eggs and rice from Asian groceries. Then put in rice cooker. Be creative! Less than 30 minutes and it's ready. 🙂
