Info from Licensor: "In the video, I am giving kisses to my fostered ferret named Crack. As I lowered him into his cage, his head accidentally hit the metal cage and created a loud bang. As soon as it happened, I apologized and said, 'I'm sorry I love you!' This took place more than a year ago, back in April 2020."
