Clearly 'inflationary pressures' are in the economy

The AFR’s Aaron Patrick says inflation is coming and when it does it will affect the price of housing.

“Clearly there is inflationary pressures in the economy,” Mr Patrick told Sky News Australia.

“Inflation’s jumped up to three per cent after being negligible for some time.

“US interest rates are going to rise at some point, that’s going to feed through to here.

“Inflation is coming. When it comes it will drive up interest rates and that will affect the price of housing.”
