Whale Shark Zone: Blue World is one of the largest water tanks found on the coast of the Sea of Japan and holds a volume of 1,600 tons of water. Visitors can see whale sharks from various angles. The animals found here aren't just the whale shark (the world's largest fish) that you'll find in an aquarium on the coast of the Sea of Japan. Also on display are mainly sharks, rays, and large warm water fish that live in the seas to the south and migrate to near Noto. The sight of whale sharks swimming slowly and sipping their food with sea water is spectacular.
