INGREDIENTS:

800g chicken meat
500g potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
salt, hot red pepper and curry to taste
100ml boiling water

Put chicken meat in a baking dish, add spices (I have curry) and mix everything. Then take it out of the oven, remove the foil, mix everything and bake again in the oven preheated at 356F for 30 minutes. When serving, decorate with herbs as desired (I have cilantro).
