Capitol Rioter turns into '1st Amendment Auditor,' Chief says he's putting officers lives in danger

A Western New York man claims he's performing First Amendment audits to police and government agencies across Western New York but according to the Dunkirk Police Chief, he's harassing his officers and putting their lives in jeopardy.
