US Appeals Court Upholds Injunction Stopping Biden Admin’s OSHA Vaccine Mandate

The US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the injunction against Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate. It probably doesn’t help that his administration’s argument to lift it was that dozens of people could possibly die if it were to continue. That is of course on top of Biden telling corporations to ignore the courts ruling on the injunction. Because, that definitely didn’t help things for him at all with it.
