Year Round Daylight Savings Time

Rep Munson explains a bill he co-authored for year-round Daylight Savings Time in Minnesota - no more changing the clocks. It was signed into law by Governor Walz this year but is now dependent on Senator Marco Rubio's bill to pass in Congress.
