1. Oxygenate - exercise, get oxygen pumping through your blood
2. Drink water and eat raw fruit and vegetables for nutrients
3. Meditate for 15 minutes every day
4. Get into nature to raise your vibrational frequency
5. Tapping to reprogram your mind so that you release the numbness, break through the barrier of not wanting to feel, and start feeling once again.
