Fort Macon- Cannons and the Beach

We visited #FortMacon in #NorthCarolina to see the beautiful #American #history and landscape. Though #war is never a great thing, some #inventions are admirable. The structure was still in great shape with #brick dig into the dirt earth. From afar you wouldn’t know it was there. The #cannons would have been placed everywhere and the accommodations were bare. However, it served its purpose. The #bread #oven and #echoes were fun as well!!! We even visited the #beach and a #WWII gun.
