Gen Hyten warns U.S. armed forces are weakening

Vice Chair, Joint Chief of Staff, Gen John Hyten expressed alarm over weakening, risk averse actions of the military brass. The Space Force leader wants to move the needle in the other direction. Questionable if he will be heard?
