Judge Steps In After Rittenhouse Prosecutor Says Hollow Point Bullets 'Explode'

Examiner Thomas Binger questioned Kyle Rittenhouse in court on Wednesday and recommended empty point slugs are intended to "detonate" inside a creature.

"Empty point projectiles are intended to hit the creature that they're being taken shots at, suppose a deer for instance, and detonate inside that body, right?" Binger said.
