Rittenhouse Testifies: Defense Sleeps Through Binger's Baffling Cross Examination, Judge Flips Out

In the gamble of a lifetime, the Defense called Kyle Rittenhouse to provide testimony for a case that they were handily winning. Thankfully, Rittenhouse was excellent on the stand and comported himself incredibly well, but it was still incredibly unnecessary.

The Direct Examination by Mark Richards was very emotional, prompting Kyle to completely breakdown and cause a break to be called. But once the Direct Examination wrapped up, that was both the last time that Richards interjected all day (joking), and the kick off to hours of insanity, perpetuated by Thomas Binger.

Binger spent HOURS badgering Kyle, trying to use inadmissible evidence that wouldn't have been substantive at all, and violated Rittenhouse's constitutional rights multiple times. Repeating, rephrasing and relentlessly asking the same questions over and over again to a point of absurdity.

Still disagree with calling Kyle to the stand, but the kid did better than expected. Also, Judge Schroeder was easily the best defense attorney on the day.
