How To Disassemble A Seagate External Hard Drive!

In this video, I show you how to disassemble three types of Seagate external/portable hard drives - the original Seagate Backup 4tb, the Seagate Backup Plus 5tb, and the Seagate Backup Plus Hub 4tb. Disassembly for other sizes of drive will be identical, as the enclosure composition is the same. Disassembly of other types of Seagate drive, like the Seagate Backup Plus Slim or the Seagate Expansion, are similar to this though not identical - simply take your pry tool, and pull the internal tabs out of the locks!

Doing this will void your warranty, and I'm not responsible if you break your stuff!
