Do I need a license is probably the #1 question I get asked and that is completely understandable? I share with you that it's a "No...and," answer. We want you to do what's best for you in your practice and business. Only you can decide what that is. Some people choose to let their license expire, some never get one, I've decided to keep mine for now, here in my home state (that could change) but not get one for every state I visit, and some may need a license in order to fill prescriptions for some patients, but not have a license in their PHA for treatments (so they have both structures). Either way, your PHA protects you.
