My name is Liliana Cavaliere Hintz,

I am a consultant and facilitator of the Thinking Into Results program put up by the Proctor Gallagher Institute.

This program has been personally designed by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher to improve all areas of our life.

Today I will be presenting a lesson  on how our mind works and I like to start with a quote of Ralph Waldo Emerson :

We become what we think about all day long.
Have you ever tried to understand how the mind works?
Why we do what we do,
repeat the same mistakes,
get the same results and repeat?
Whatever is going on on the outside world is a reflection of what’s going on on your inside world.

You control the inside, live from the inside out and quit living from the outside in.

This has been a phenomenal lesson for me and it has shaped my life so tremendously that I’ve decided to make people aware of this aspect of life and teach how to create a new model of you, shaped as you want.....because as you know, or maybe you do not, you cannot change behaviour but you can create a new model of you without that undesirable behaviour.
