Pick-up truck driving Backwards

A pick up truck in front of a waste management Truck was driving backwards down 56th Ave. in commerce city Colorado turning onto Vazquez and Colorado Boulevard which is also known as the 6/85 split continue down Vazquez Boulevard and then hitting the guard rail. I don’t know if the driver in the waste management truck called it in but somebody did but when I was going onto Colorado Boulevard I seen the gentleman out of the truck pull things out of the bed of the truck. And after that I don’t know what happened until I returned with a different container on heading towards the union pacific rail head. The two police officers told me that one person called in and I told them I have evidence of sad accident and I did turn it over to the Commerce City Police Department to a Joshua Moody I did not get the females officers name.
