“The FBI raided my apartment and put me in handcuffs, confiscating my phone with all my reporter notes. I’ve heard “the process is the punishment” but never truly understood what that fully meant. If they can do this to a reporter for routine act of getting sent source material (and not publishing it), they can do it to anyone.”
