District attorney: Officer was justified in shooting Good Samaritan Johnny Hurley

There's no doubt Johnny Hurley's actions were heroic, but the circumstances surrounding the deadly shooting in Olde Town Arvada that claimed his and Officer Gordon Beesley's lives have raised questions for months. On Monday, District Attorney Alexis King announced she would not be filing charges against the officer who shot Hurley.
