An antiviral, home protection plan

Morning
Apple cider vinegar then 5-10 minutes afterwards Two capsules Psyllium husk or bowl of fiber cereal (shredded wheats, bran...) with water, juice, or almond milk.

Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, x2 or 3x daily recommended amount.

With food
Zinc 100 mg daily

Mid day
45 minutes of chest under water hot, hot bath, legs/arms out to keep cool.

Green drink, 1 serving on empty stomach (fruits and greens). Wait 30 minutes before eating.

Essential oil 4 drops pure clove massaged on soles of feet -after bath.

1-2 hours Before bed
1 cup of Yogurt, buttermilk (natural probiotics)
