Barzura Cafe and Restaurant, located in Sydney's seaside suburb of Coogee, was bustling with diners on Monday as further COVID-19 restrictions eased amid an accelerating immunisation drive. Owner Rodney Sen welcomed the further lifting of restrictions but now faced a new challenge of finding enough staff.
