Illinois Supreme Court rules firearm, ammo, tax unconstitutional....... BUT!!!!!

The Illinois Supreme Court, in an October ruling, declared that the Firearms and Ammo tax imposed by Cook County was unconstitutional. But.... In their decision they left an opening for the County to resurrect the onerous tax on their citizens..
