PODnet CoMissioner gathering on November 5, 2021

For certain technical issues, meeting video portion was slow and I had to use some images to replace. The recording was cut short unexpectedly due to the fact I was running screen capturing and the meeting platform at the same time and on the same computer. I need to set up the backgrouind recording for future meetings.
