Man arrested for shooting friends dog in the face for barking

A Pottsville, Pennsylvania, man has been arrested
after allegedly shooting a friend's dog in the face this
weekend because it was barking.
The incident happened Saturday night, around 8:20
pm, when the dog's owner, Anthony Holmes and two
other men were hanging out at a residence on West
Market Street.
Police say Holmes, 30, shot the dog in the face when
he got angry about the dog's barking and then fled the
home.
