The Great American Novel - Version 2021

Larry Norman released the original "The Great American Novel" in 1972, on his "Only Visiting This Plant" album. As I listened to that song a few weeks ago, I was amazed at how current that song has remained, nearly 50 years later! It inspired me to write my own protest song, BUT....because I love this song, I decided to re-write a couple verses, and add a few of my own to bring it up to date for 2021.
