Kings Curriculum Approval Process

Here is an in depth discussion about how text books and novels are approved for use within Kings Local School District. No one who is present admits they have heard any specific issues with any specific books, which is what makes the discussion especially interesting. 11th & 12th Grade English classes were required to read "Stamped: Racism, Anti-Racism and You" by Jason Reynolds and Ibram X. Kendi, and students were beginning to complain about the racist, anti-USA concepts promoted in the book.

Help us hold our school board accountable for serving STUDENTS and PARENTS, and for delivering what TAX PAYERS expect to receive for the money we give them!
