Dr. Fauci spent OVER $16 million in taxpayer funds on crazy medical experiments on monkeys which reminded me of evil movie characters I've seen like in Batman. You know, the type where some spray is created, made up of some unknown mixture of who knows what...a possible poisonous neurotoxin and you don't know how bad the effects will be?
