Saudi women join workforce of changing kingdom

Women now make up a third of the Saudi workforce - their presence having doubled in five years under new reforms. Such progress was unthinkable a few years ago, but critics warn men still hold the power - and the biggest pay packets. Lucy Fielder has more.
