Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted an ancient Chinese poem under the title “Humankind.” It soon went viral and sparked debate over his motives.

About 9,000 New York City workers, including firefighters and police officers, were placed on unpaid leave on Monday for not complying with Mayor Bill de Blasio’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

The G-20 summit in Rome brought together leaders and finance ministers from the world’s major economies. The members endorsed a global minimum tax of 15 percent on corporations as part of an agreement on new international tax rules.
