Israel set to launch mega military blimp

The huge balloon is set to bolster Israeli airborne defenses, its system developed in collaboration with the US, and comes equipped with a state-of-the-art radar said to detect long-range missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.

The massive blimp, dubbed Sky Dew, will fortify ‘the wall of defense that Israel has built in the face of the distant and imminent air threats being built by its enemies,’ according to Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz.

Hopefully, the aircraft won't be as vulnerable to enemy detection systems, else it’ll be a major blimp on the radar.
