Lightspeed Tortellini Salad For Lazy Evenings
Weekend is one day away. You just came home from work and don't feel like cooking for 1 hour. You just want to sit on the couch and watch TV, but you're hungry. No worries my dudes, I've got you covered. And for far less than takeout. Today we're making Tortellini Salad, something I eat on days just like the ones I've described. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pack tortellini (with any filling but I prefer meat)
1 pack fresh salad mix
2 spoons dressing of your choice (I prefer garlic sauce)
