STRETCH BEFORE OR AFTER WORKOUT??

In this video, we went over whether to stretch before or after the workout. This is a common exercising question that can be difficult to answer without diving into the research. It is suggestive based on EMG studies, that muscles that are tight will have a higher likelihood of firing since they are already tight and contracted. Based on the graph, we can conclude to stretch before working out because it will loosen tight muscles prior to exercises.

We went over
1) Stretch before workout
2) EMG Graph energy diminishes or lessens with stretching
3) Muscles that are contracted and tight will do more work
