Christian McCay (1:00 -18:00) serves NOLs to Campbell River's City Council

Christian McCay and the grassroots of Campbell River served NOLs to Campbell River's City Council after his delegation regarding Vax Passes trampling people's legal rights. Council is enforcing the Vax Passes with the $125,000 they accepted to from the provincial government.

Christian's Delegation, (1:00 -18:00) Mayor Andy Adams acknowledges that council will follow the Provincial and Federal Health Orders after he was asked, "how far will be too far?".

Despite the Mayor saying that the mandates are out of councils jurisdiction, (1:00) he says at (13:40) that "other municipalities have gone the extra step to enforce Vax Passes for employment".

City council in your city has the power to enforce the mandates as they wish just like they have the ability to enforce bylaws with fines as they wish. There is still no consideration being given for consistent low Covid numbers in the Campbell River area.
