2013 BITD Bluewater Desert Challenge Contingency

Today was tech and contingency for Best in the Desert's BlueWater Desert Challenge. As hundreds of racers gathered in the parking lot of the BlueWater Hotel and Casino, one thing was apparent -- It's on. Though the overall mood was relaxed, anxieties began to build as racers wound their vehicles through the maze of vendors and in to technical inspection, in preparation for one of the most fast paced races of the year. Divided in to two days, the BlueWater Desert Challenge will run two twenty six mile laps and one twenty one mile lap each day. Resembling a short course sprint over a desert endurance race, it's all or nothing in Parker today. Here's what to expect.
