Toronto Chris Murray & Chief People Officer Omo Akintan Lie on Video

Chris Murray City Manager & Omo Akintan Chief People Officer both clearly stated NO to Mandatory Vaccinations because its against the Law.
But when they did launch their Illegal Mandatory Vaccination Policy they went back on their words & said they will Terminate Employees if they are not fully Covid Vaccinated by December 13, 2021. Local 79 United was kind enough to share with me a Petition in support for 1,000's of City Employees that are very upset with how the City has conducted themselves in Bad Faith with Extortion, Harassment, Discrimination, Threats, Coercion and how the City is in violation of their own Human Rights Policy, Discrimination & Harassments Policy, Accommodation Policy, and how they are in great violation of many laws including but not limited to the Criminal Code of Canada, Federal & Provincial Laws, OHSA, Canadian Bill of Rights, PIPEDA, PHIPA, FOIPOP, Privacy Act and loads of Case Laws.

@ 31:50 – The City is working on a Vaccine Policy, BUT We are NOT mandating vaccines.

The law does not allow us to mandate that everybody must get vaccinated as Chris said, however we will continue to follow the best practices…………
