Dr Ardis discusses prevention treatments and vitamins to
help you with your immune system. Vit C, D, Zinc, Ivermectin, HCQ

I like that his "agenda" is to thwart 'their' agenda.

I don't necessarily agree that the supplements are something that everyone needs everyday forever, we need to improve our diets overall - everyone - all things on his list were things on my list as well.

The websites he recommended for sources look very expensive.

The most bioavailable supplements is from locally grown, organic, food sources rather than supplements, so I just wanted to add this to the video to encourage a healthy diet instead of a lifetime of supplements (in the age of this evil-agenda where we may not even be able to trust vitamin sources). We really need to start growing our own food and source a trustworthy fresh sea vegetables supply.
