It is found in Sri Lanka Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its normal territories are subtropical or tropical soggy marsh backwoods and subtropical or tropical sodden montane woods.
