Very Friendly Cat Greeter On Chapin Parkway, Buffalo, NY

Not sure if this cat is a he or she, but they were relentlessly friendly. An older passerby told me that Groover (judging from the name on the tag) waits outside this house on Chapin Parkway (near Bidwell) many days and greets everyone who walks by.
