Indigenous group: land restoration hinges on funds

An Indigenous group from the Brazilian Amazon on Tuesday said deforestation plans pledged by world leaders at a U.N. climate conference would only succeed if funds were directed to the forests' Indigenous custodians. Libby Hogan reports.
